United StatesI am super impressed with your service. I tried twice to purchase tags from Chewy.com and twice they sent them to the wrong address. I found you on line and both the order process and the shipping were fast. I ordered two different tags and both arrived as ordered.
United StatesI really like all the quick tag brand dog tags because the ship time, overall quality and designs are the best I have found anywhere. That being said I have very high expectation of their product and this one just missed the mark. The graphics on the front of the tag are beautiful and the engraving of the address, etc. was well done. My issue is that there is a border on the back of this tag that is a really nice design but is just not well made and chipped off very easily. Other than that one design flaw this is a nice tag.
Thank you for your feedback. The tag you purchased is a painted tag and could chip with age especially if it rub up against something else. A tag silencer that goes around the tag that can help minimize contact with other objects and would help prevent this from happening.
